TEKsystems is seeking a UX Lead to transform a regional Advisor Platform within a leading multinational insurance organization. This hands-on leadership role owns complex advisor journeys across web, tablet, and mobile, driving UX direction beyond predefined requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX/UI or digital product design experience.
• Experience on advisor, financial services, insurance, sales, or point-of-sale platforms.
• Experience designing desktop, web, tablet, and responsive mobile apps.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma, UX journeys, workflows and UI design.
• Experience leading, reviewing, and providing direction to other UX/design resources.
• Experience working across regional or international teams, ideally within Southeast Asia.
• Strong stakeholder management and ownership.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end UX journey for a regional Advisor Platform across web, tablet, and mobile-responsive experiences.
• Own and improve advisor journeys including needs analysis, sales illustration and point-of-sale workflows.
• Review journeys, identify usability issues and recommend improvements to the platform.
• Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and technology teams to define requirements and priorities.
• Provide UX direction and review work produced by designers/resources across Hong Kong, the Philippines and other regional markets.
• Remain hands-on with Figma, including reviewing and critiquing UI screens, workflows and interaction designs.
• Proactively challenge unclear requirements and help establish effective ways of working across a complex stakeholder environment.
• Apply UX and digital best practices to improve the overall advisor experience.
