Job summary

IO Tech Solutions Limited is seeking an accomplished UX Designer for Wealth Management Platforms in Hong Kong. You will lead end-to-end product design, from discovery through delivery, with a strong focus on user research and experience strategy.

The role emphasizes crafting intuitive interfaces, leveraging research insights, and collaborating with product and domain leads to deliver cohesive experiences across PWM tools and applications for UHNW clients in Asia and Australia.

Qualifications

Requires 8+ years of UX design experience with a track record of successful product launches.
Experience applying user research throughout the design process from discovery to delivery.
Strong end-to-end product design understanding, from research to implementation.
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating research-informed design solving business and user needs.

Responsibilities

Partner with Domain Leads and Product Owners to create cohesive experiences across domain products.
Craft intuitive experiences enabling users to make informed financial decisions.
Conduct user research to uncover pain points and translate insights into design solutions.
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data with stakeholders to drive value-focused design decisions.
