Job summary

Infosys Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end design across digital journeys, from discovery through handover and implementation review. You will translate user needs into journey maps, wireframes, and specifications while collaborating with product, business, and technology stakeholders.

The role requires 5–7 years in UI/UX, strong English communication, and experience in cross‑functional and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in design strategy, UX research, and delivering customer-centered solutions.
• Ability to map journeys, perform service blueprinting, and run workshops.
• Experience in cross-functional, multinational teams.
• Strong written/spoken English; Cantonese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design from discovery to handover.
• Translate user needs into journey maps, wireframes, and specs.
• Collaborate with product, business and tech stakeholders.
• Provide design quality oversight to junior designers.
• Govern usage of Design System and define new components.
• Present rationale, trade-offs, and measurable value.
