Job summary

RecruitFirst Limited, a market-leading financial services organisation, is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation and seeking a UX/UI designer to elevate customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.

You will develop UX/CX strategies, conduct stakeholder interviews, and create journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating with business, developers, researchers, and consultants in Agile teams. Expect regional exposure and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience.
• Experience designing web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in Agile teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop UX/CX strategies aligned with business objectives
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user research
• Create customer journey maps, service blueprints, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, researchers, and consultants in Agile teams
• Define KPIs, analyze user behavior, and optimize digital experiences through data-driven insights
• Present design concepts and manage design feedback throughout the project lifecycle

About you

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
• Strong knowledge of User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Information Architecture, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Responsive Design
• Experience designing web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Experience in user research, usability testing, customer journey mapping, and service design
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working within Agile environments
