Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
• Experience in order management or commercial operations.
• Attention to detail with data accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with sales, finance and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Process all sales orders from receipt through system upload and submission.
• Prepare monthly replenishment order proposals for domestic and international travel retail partners.
• Manage seasonal and monthly buys, including order form preparation, consolidation, submission and confirmation.
• Consolidate sales and inventory data to support monthly buy planning.
• Upload customer assortments and collateral/GWP orders into the system.
