Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd seeks a diligent Sales Admin to manage CRM/ERP data and support cross-functional teams in Hong Kong. You will handle order entry, coordinate with Sales, Finance and Operations for timely shipments, and prepare quotes and proforma invoices to ensure accurate pricing and quantities.

You will also process billing, generate daily and weekly reports from ERP, and handle post-sale returns and surveys. Strong English communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Admin.
• Experience with order entry is essential.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is an advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in English via email.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and multitasking.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain CRM/ERP data and account information.
• Enter orders in ERP system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations on product availability and shipments.
• Prepare quotes and proforma invoices.
• Process billing and invoices to customers.
• Generate daily and weekly reports.
• Manage Return Materials Authorization for post-sale services.
• Fulfilling other duties as required by supervisor.
