Job summary

PAX in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Overseas Sales Coordinator/Commercial Customer Service Representative to support international customers and the sales team throughout the order management process. You will manage orders, coordinate shipments, and maintain relationships with global clients.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in overseas order coordination or sales order management, fluent English and Mandarin, strong communication, ownership, and attention to detail; experience in team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in overseas customer order coordination or sales order management, with solid knowledge of order management processes.
• Outgoing, responsible, detail-oriented, and highly accountable. Experience in team management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on overseas customer orders and coordinate shipment arrangements and delivery schedules.
• Assist the sales team in maintaining customer relationships and managing customer orders.
• Follow up on customers’ marketing materials, delivery schedules, and logistics arrangements.
• Follow up on sample orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer account reconciliation, payment collection, and related matters.
