Job summary

TOD'S Group Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead retail operations and sales.

You will support store performance, coach team members, manage client portfolios, ensure premium customer service, and help plan store events to boost brand presence. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, with strong business acumen and leadership in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of retail experience, with 1 year in a management role.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Cantonese.

• Assist in store people management, including manpower arrangements, training and coaching; inspire and motivate team members to work as a team.
• Maintain qualitative image of the store, including visual merchandising and environment.
• Ensure the CRM KPIs meet company standards, maintain the client portfolio and identify potential client development opportunities.
• Uphold excellent quality, in conjunction with extraordinary customer service delivery, including handling customer complaints.
• Contribute to store events and programs to enhance brand awareness and enrich database.
• Assist in prepare relevant reports to the management.

Requirement

• Tertiary education or above
• A minimum of 5 years' retail experience with at least 1 year at management level, preferably in luxury business
• Strong business acumen, logical mind-set with good interpersonal and communication skill
• People-oriented supervisory skill, good at customer services and sales-focus
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP retail
