TUMI Hong Kong is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our flagship store. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, maintain store presentation and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to drive retail sales performance ensuring target KPIs are met.
• Ensure the store assigned is fit for business (cleanliness, lighting, lay out, promotional displays, digital screens, etc.) and are aligned with brand specifications.
• Achieve sales targets with company strategy and use effective selling techniques to maximize the business potential.
• Deliver excellent customer service and retail experience to customer and cultivate customer relationships through effective after-sales service.
• Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and maintain long-term relationships.
• Efficiently collect and update customer information for CRM purpose.
• Embody our company service values and standards at all times.
• A multi-tasking team player who thrives a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment with positive mindset.
• Energetic, talkative, pleasant and outgoing personality.
