Ambition in Hong Kong is seeking a Regional Retail Manager to lead the development and execution of our regional retail strategy across multiple markets. You will drive sales performance, oversee store operations, and ensure premier customer service while upholding the brand's standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in retail management, strong leadership and English fluency, with Chinese/Mandarin desirable.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on fashion and multi-regional oversight.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial management and analysis.
• Cultural awareness and understanding of the retail landscape.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese or Mandarin is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the regional retail strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for growth to maximize sales performance.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail stores in the region, ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze sales performance to drive optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and retail teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Implement training programs to enhance team skills in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure the right product mix and availability in stores.
• Manage inventory levels and turnover rates to maximize sales and minimize losses.
• Uphold the brand's image and values across all retail locations.
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure cohesive brand messaging and promotional activities within the region.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to senior management.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
