Job summary

Links International is seeking a Regional HR Executive to drive HR operations for Hong Kong and APAC across 14 offices. The role supports onboarding, data management, payroll liaison, and employee lifecycle activities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will work with a regional team, enjoy hybrid working options, and gain exposure to HRIS projects and end-to-end recruitment support as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of all-rounded HR experience in service industries.
• High level of integrity to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiar with HRIS.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, dedicated, detail-oriented and a quick learner.
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for HR operations in Hong Kong and across APAC regions (14 offices).
• Manage HR BAU operations, including onboarding/offboarding, HR orientation and employee correspondence.
• Maintain employee data and candidate database in HR systems, p-file, reporting and metrics.
• Provide employee movement information to the Payroll Team to ensure a timely and accurate payroll process.
• Provide care and support for employees throughout their employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development, retention, and transition.
• Occasionally support/ backup TA Team in end-to-end recruitment process including job advertisement, sourcing and selection, offering and onboarding.
• Assist in HR projects such as HRIS migration and enhancement, year-end exercises, policies roll-out, etc.
• Provide other ad hoc and administrative support to the Regional HR Team
