Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hong Kong seeks a Property Officer to provide frontline operational and administrative support for commercial properties. You will ensure tenant satisfaction, conduct regular inspections, and coordinate renovations while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2–5 years in property/facilities management, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with property management software and Generative AI tools is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree is a plus.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in commercial property/facilities management.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with property management software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Experience with Generative AI tools to optimize operations is a plus.

Mansioni

• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction with prompt, courteous service.
• Conduct inspections of common areas, lifts, plant rooms, and tenanted spaces.
• Coordinate renovation and fitting-out with designers and contractors.
• Respond to tenant service requests, rental inquiries, and emergencies.
• Ensure operations comply with OSH codes and fire regulations.
• Assist in tendering, procurement, and monthly reporting on operations and finances.
• Address inquiries and resolve complaints from tenants and customers.
