Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• CPM or RPA certification preferred.
• 5–7 years progressive experience in property management.
• 2+ years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency in property management software and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the assigned property portfolio.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and manage OPEX projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers and monitor service delivery.
• Prepare RFQ / Tendering documents, cost proposals, and purchase orders.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and revenue-enhancement strategies to maximize asset value.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants and stakeholders with regular performance updates.
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff; conduct performance reviews.
