Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential building. You will monitor maintenance, cleaning, and security, maintain strong tenant relationships, and supervise staff while coordinating with contractors to ensure high-quality services.

The role requires 5+ years in property management, fluency in English and Chinese, and proficiency in MS Office.

Competenze

• Diploma/Degree in Property Management or related discipline.
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in property management.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Familiar with DMC, BMO and tenancy management.
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Manage daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning and security.
• Maintain good tenant relations and liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services.
• Supervise subordinates and coordinate with vendors for service delivery.
