Qualifications

• At least three years in commercial property management or related real estate operations.
• Strong administration, property accounting, and facility management knowledge.
• Proficiency with property management software and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, tenants and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process property offers with accurate documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for tenant inquiries and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to streamline operations.
• Monitor lease expirations, rent rolls and vendor contracts.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, variances and budgets.
• Schedule preventive maintenance with external vendors.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.
