Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hong Kong is seeking a Property Manager to coordinate offers, respond to tenant inquiries, and support finance and maintenance activities.

You will work with local and global teams to streamline operations, maintain lease and vendor records, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. A relevant degree and 3+ years' experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial property management, real estate operations, or a related corporate real estate role.
• Strong understanding of administration, property accounting principles, and facility and property management practices.
• Proficient in property management software and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with professional client, tenant, and vendor interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and process property offers, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to streamline property operations.
• Monitor and update property management databases, tracking lease expirations, rent rolls, and vendor contracts.
• Assist the property management team in preparing monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and operational budgets.
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance programs, coordinating with external vendors to ensure optimal building performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify facility needs and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
