Job summary

Savills Property Management Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead the on-site management of a Kowloon residential development, oversee daily operations and staff, and ensure high service standards.

Requirements include at least 5 years in property management, a PMP Tier 1 licence, strong English and Chinese, budgeting, contractor performance, and client relations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in related field and in similar capacity.
• Relevant professional qualifications in property management.
• PMP (Tier 1) Licence is required.

• Responsible for the general property management services
• PMP (Tier 1) Licence is required

• In charge of the daily operation and management of a residential development in Kowloon
  
• To lead an on-site management team, prepare budget, handle operational management, supervise site staff, convene meetings and monitor contractor's performance etc.
  
• Relevant professional qualifications in property management. PMP (Tier 1) Licence is required
  
• At least 5 years of working experience in related field and in similar capacity
  
• Relevant experience in Pre-Management stage of residential development is required
  
• Strong interpersonal skills, good client relationship management, Mature and able to work independently
  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
