Requirements include at least 5 years in property management, a PMP Tier 1 licence, strong English and Chinese, budgeting, contractor performance, and client relations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in related field and in similar capacity.
• Relevant professional qualifications in property management.
• PMP (Tier 1) Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the daily operation and management of a residential development in Kowloon.
• Lead an on-site management team, prepare budget, handle operational management, supervise site staff, convene meetings and monitor contractor's performance.
