Job summary

Kai Shing Management Services Ltd is seeking an Assistant Property & Facility Manager (Residential Property) to support operations at a landmark residential estate. You will lead a team of general and technical staff, ensure policy compliance, manage contractors, coordinate with departments, and report on budgets.

Fluent English and Chinese are required. The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in property management, professional memberships, and at least six years of experience in

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines.
• HKIS/RICS Membership or CIH/HKIH/HMRB membership.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with some managerial experience in residential properties.
• Mature, presentable with strong communication skills in English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of general and technical site staff to deliver services in a landmark residential property.
• Oversee daily operation management and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for smooth daily management.
• Prepare financial and project reports in line with budgets.
• Maintain good relationships with residents and handle enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with Technical department for repairs and improvements.
• Manage contractor performance for security and cleaning services.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

What will you do?

Report to the Site In-charge and assist in leading a team of general & technical site staff to provide quality services in a landmark residential property which consists of a sizable clubhouse

Oversee daily operation management and ensure compliance of company policies and guidelines

Manage & liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management

Prepare financial and relevant reports & projects for running management functions, and ensure it is in line with annual budgets

Manage good relationship with residents, communicate and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner

Coordinate with Technical department to deliver property repair, maintenance & improvement services which meet company standards

Manage the performance of contractors to provide quality security & cleaning services

Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Do you have a right profile?

Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines

Member of HKIS/RICS in the Property & Facility Management Division or Member of CIH/HKIH/HMRB, etc

At least 6 years of relevant experiences, with some experiences in managerial level in residential properties

Mature, presentable, independent and excellent communication skills with customers and external parties

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, good command of Putonghua is preferred
