Job description

You will be required to supervise an on-site team,manage daily property operations, maintain good tenant relationship and liaise with and supervise the performance of the contractors of the property.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Property Managementor related discipline

A member of relevant professional organizations (such as RICS, HKIH, etc.) is preferable, with PMP Tier 1 license

Experience in Management in townhall and market management will be definitely an advantage

Expert in financial management, tenant relations and compliance are preferred

At least 10 years' relevant experience inpremium commercial property managementof which 5 years must be at supervisory level

Excellent client servicing skill and crisis management for high-profile tenants

Strong leadership and interpersonal skill

Familiar with smart building technology proficiency (such as IoT, AI monitoring, etc.)

Hands on PC skills including MSWord,Excel andPower Pointetc

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
