Job summary

Goodwell Property Management Limited is seeking a senior professional to lead property and facilities management operations across diversified portfolios in Hong Kong. The candidate should bring 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role, and hold a degree in property/facilities management.

Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential. Membership in industry bodies or PMP(T1) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in property/facilities management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Membership in RPHM, CIH, HKIH or PMP(T1) preferred.
• Familiar with BMO, DMC and related ordinances.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
