Kiu Lok Service Management Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks a Property Manager/Senior Property Manager to enhance staff performance and uphold service standards across managed properties.

You will oversee tenancy, customer services, cleaning and security, and lead on-site teams to deliver premium client experiences. Applicants should have 6+ years in property/facility management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Formación

• Degree holder in property or facility management with 6+ years' experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
• HKIH membership or CIH (Asian Pacific) equivalent preferred.
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence required.
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS applications; good English and Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Enhancement and assurance of staff performance and service standard of managed properties.
• Responsible for overall operations including tenancy management, customer services, cleaning and security.
• Manage on-site team to ensure quality of services delivered to clients.
• Liaison with clients, occupants and contractors.
• Establishment of standard procedures and control systems and ensure staff follow them.
• Attend Owners' committees & Owners' meetings; handle tenant/owner enquiries and complaints.
• Experience in managing luxurious residential properties; serviced apartment experience preferable.

Manage on-site team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients

Liaison with clients, occupants and contractors

Establishment of standard procedures and control systems to ensure they are strictly followed by all staff

Attendance of Owners' committees & Owners' meeting, handling of enquiries and complaints from tenants/owners

Experience in managing luxurious residential properties

Experience in Serviced Apartment is preferable

Job Requirements

Degree holder with more than 6 years or above experience in property/facility management and at least 3 years’ of managerial level

Member of Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH) / Chartered member of Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIH) or equivalent

Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence is required

Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS applications

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Property Manager
