Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the operations and direct management of commercial buildings in Hong Kong. The role involves improving service levels and setting objectives to boost the company’s image, with supervision of staff and contractors and regular meetings with IO/OC.

Immediate availability preferred. Candidate should hold a Higher Diploma or above in Property Management (or related disciplines) and a PMP licence (Tier 1 / Tier 2).

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines.
• PMP (Tier 1 / Tier 2) licence is must.
• Immediate availability preferable.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operations and direct management of Commercial Buildings
• Improve the service level and to set objectives to enhance the image of the Company
• Supervision of staff and contractors, arrange and attend regular meeting with IO/OC
• Follow instructions and assignments given by the Senior Management

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience with 2 years in supervisory level
• Less than 5 years’ relevant working experience will be considered as Property Officer
• PMP(Property Management Practitioner) licence (Tier 1 / Tier 2) is must
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferable
