Job summary

Savills Property Management Limited is seeking a capable Property Manager for a premier commercial building in Central District. The role involves leading a team to deliver high-quality property management services and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The candidate should hold a degree with professional housing management qualifications and have extensive managerial experience in property management, along with strong English, Chinese, and Mandarin communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above with relevant professional housing/ surveying qualifications.
• 6+ years of solid property management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to provide quality property management services for a commercial building.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth property operation.
• Prepare and monitor annual management budget and expenses.

PROPERTY MANAGER

(COMMERCIAL BUILDING AT CENTRAL DISTRICT)

Responsibilities:

To lead a team providing quality property management services to a commercial building

To liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the properties

To prepare and monitor annual management budget and expenses

To maintain good relationship with landlord and occupants

To manage the performance of service providers

Responsible for handover premises and ensure quality fitting out works of tenants

Requirements:

Degree holder or above, preferably with relevant professional qualification in Housing Management and Surveying such as MHKIS, MHKIH

Min. 6 years' solid experience with 3 years of managerial experience in property management field

Customer oriented with pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good problem solving, organizing and leadership skills

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin
