Link REIT is seeking a Senior Officer - Property Management (HK) to oversee daily property operations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service for assigned assets.

The role is based in Wong Tai Sin and requires a degree or above, at least 4 years in property management, and strong communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. The incumbent will ensure policy compliance and drive operational excellence.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in property management.
• Degree or Diploma holder in related disciplines.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Job Duties

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to execute operational policies, procedures and strategy
• Deliver a high-quality property management service for assigned asset
• Monitor and oversee contractors’ performance in security, cleaning, customer service and maintenance to meet company’s standard
• Comply with Company Policy & Procedures on daily operation
• Provide immediate support in emergency incidents, inquiries and complaints from different parties
• Handle tenancy matters including rental collection, repossession & handover of premises, enforcement action against tenancy agreement, etc
• Provide administration support in management office
• Perform in other ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Support a customer centric culture and strive for operational excellence for self and within the team

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma holder or above in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in property management
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Working Location: Wong Tai Sin

Remuneration

We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate to the right candidates with qualifications and working experience.
