Job summary

KL Property Management Limited is seeking a capable Site In-Charge to oversee daily operations of a luxury residential development in Hong Kong.

You will supervise frontline staff, coordinate contractors, monitor building systems, prepare reports, support budget and procurement, and ensure premium resident service aligned with the estate’s prestige. Fluency in English and Chinese, PMP Licence, and 5 years’ property management experience are required.

Qualifications

• PMP Licence (Tier 1) required.
• Degree in Property Management or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years in property management, 3+ years supervisory.
• Strong knowledge of Building Management Ordinance and DMC.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems.

Requirements

Holder of PMP Licence (Tier 1).

Degree in Property Management or equivalent qualification preferred.

Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in property management, of which at least 3 years should be in a supervisory capacity.

Strong professional understanding of the Building Management Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC), and related ordinances.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual (English & Chinese) essential.

Professional, service-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems.
