Job summary

Knight Frank Greater China is seeking a property-management professional to oversee a mixed portfolio, manage budgets and contractors, handle tenancy and client matters, and support meetings with landlords, tenants and Incorporated Owners. The role requires a degree in property management or a related discipline and 10–12 years of relevant experience.

Professional qualifications such as MCIH / MHKIH / RPHM / PMP Licence are advantageous, and an Estate Agent licence is preferred.

• Supervise the day-to-day property management of a mixed portfolio
• Prepare property budgets, monthly management reports, and meeting minutes
• Liaise with landlords and tenants on tenancy and property management matters
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of contractors and service providers
• Handle enquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Attend meetings with clients and IOs outside office hours, when required

Requirements

• Degree in property management, facilities management or a related discipline
• 10 to 12 years’ relevant property management experience. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Manager-level position.
• Professional qualifications such as MCIH / MHKIH / RPHM / PMP Licence (Tier 1) will be an advantage
• Holder of an Estate Agent’s licence is preferred
• Mature, self-motivated and responsible with a strong sense of ownership
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Associate Director.
