Job summary

香港社會服務聯會（HKCSS）成立於1947年，是法定機構，致力推動社會公義與社會服務的創新。現聘任「專案主管/專案執行」於一年合約內，負責與多方利害關係人聯絡、策劃及執行跨部門專案，提升社群福祉與跨界合作的成效。

任職要求為任何學科學士學位及至少三年的專案管理及關係網絡經驗，需具良好中英文寫作及口語能力。工作地點在香港，五日工作周，提供年假二十一日與平等機會的僱傭政策。

Qualifications

• 具項目管理、利害關係人協調及網絡能力的經驗。
• 具跨部門合作與跨界夥伴活動能力。
• 具良好英文及中文（粵語/普通話）寫作及口語能力。

Responsibilities

• 與不同機構、政府、贊助方及合作夥伴進行專案聯絡與協調。
• 策劃、協調及執行跨部門及跨界合作的活動與專案。
• 促進合作與共創，提升HKCSS倡議的影響。
• 與內部團隊及外部合作方在社會包容、治理及創新等專案中協作。

THE HONG KONG COUNCIL OF SOCIAL SERVICE

The HKCSS is a statutory body established in 1947. Together with our Agency Members, we uphold social justice and equality in our mission to advance the well-being of the Hong Kong community. The HKCSS is committed to building an impact-oriented, collaborative and innovative social service sector, and co-creating a better society with stakeholders across different sectors. The HKCSS has over 510 Agency Members, with service units throughout Hong Kong, providing high-quality social services to those in need.

Project Officer (Ref No: HKCSS/024/2026)

One-year contract

Responsibilities

• Project liaison with different stakeholders, such as NGOs, corporates, government, member agencies, community stakeholders, funders, schools, universities etc.
• Planning, coordination and execution of various cross-sectoral partnership events and projects
• Engagement with stakeholders and partners to foster collaboration and co-creation, enhancing the impact of HKCSS’s initiatives
• Collaboration with internal teams and external partners on projects related but not limited to social inclusion, governance, social and service innovation, gerontechnology etc.

Requirements

• Degree holder in any discipline
• Three years of experience in project management, stakeholder engagement and networking ability
• Impact-driven mindset, self-motivated and multi-tasking. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
• Knowledge in social service, public sector, social innovation and experience in cross-sectoral partnership is a plus
• Excellent communication skill and a good team player. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) with proven report writing abilities
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Project Executive

5-day work per week. 21-day annual leave.
