Job summary

Kids4Kids is seeking an Assistant Manager / Program Officer to join the Youth Impact Journey project funded by SWD. This one-year contract begins September 2026.

The role supports the youth team, collaborates with the Program Manager, and helps deliver workshops and activities across schools. The ideal candidate has a passion for youth development, strong English and Cantonese communication, and experience in NGO program management, MEL, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Passion for youth development with diverse backgrounds.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative mindset.
• Detail-oriented with interpersonal capabilities.
• Good communication in English and Cantonese and storytelling skills.
• Positive attitude with adaptability and prioritization.
• 3 years of NGO experience with youth, program management, workshops and evaluation.
• Degree in Social Science or Business; consider for Program Officer with less experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Monday.com.

Assistant Program Manager / Program Officer

The Assistant Manager / Program Officer will be responsible for:

• Support the youth team in delivering the project in compliance with the project
• Work closely with the Program Manager to support program delivery, MEL, stakeholder engagement, and growth initiatives.
• Support project evaluation process including the collection of useful MEL data from surveys and focus groups, as well as stakeholder
• Assist the Program Manager to plan and implement workshop and related activities.
• Deliver workshop facilitation training to volunteers to ensure consistent implementation across schools.
• Provide scheduling, coordination, and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the project.

Requirements:

• Passion for youth development, or with experience working with students and volunteers from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Detail-oriented with interpersonal capabilities.
• Good communication in English and Cantonese and storytelling skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to adapt and prioritize effectively.
• 3 years of experience in the NGO/social working sector, working closely with youth and youth in SEN, specializing in program management and workshop and event delivery, program evaluation.
• A degree in Social Science (such as Social Work, Psychology, or other Social Science Faculty) or Business. Candidates with less experience may be considered as Program Officer.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and comfortably using Monday.com.
