Job summary

The Hong Kong Council Of Social Service (HKCSS) is seeking a Project Officer on a one-year contract to coordinate cross-sector partnerships and engage diverse stakeholders across NGOs, government, funders, schools and universities.

The role requires planning and executing collaborative projects, strong English and Chinese communication, reporting skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Based in Sheung Wan, HK.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• Three years of project management, stakeholder engagement and networking.
• Impact-driven, self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in social service, public sector, social innovation and cross-sector partnerships is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) with report writing abilities.
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Project Executive.

Responsibilities

• Project liaison with NGOs, corporates, government, member agencies, community stakeholders, funders, schools and universities.
• Plan, coordinate and execute cross-sector partnership events and projects.
• Engage stakeholders and partners to foster collaboration and co-creation, enhancing HKCSS initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on projects related to social inclusion, governance and social innovation.
