Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and manage promotions and collaborations across platforms and social media;
• Plan, organise, and implement both online and offline events;
• Oversee the end-to-end operational planning, logistics, and scheduling for programs and events.
• Support procurement activities, including sourcing quotations, vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and invoice tracking
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth communication and execution;
• Prepare budgets and track expenses;
• Provide clerical and administrative support;
• Handle incoming inquiries and perform necessary follow-ups;
• Research market trends and policies;
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Responsible, well-organized and proactive;
• 1 year of relevant experience; experience in NGOs, NPOs, or the social service sector is preferred;
• Good command of Chinese and English writing skills;
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese;
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese word processing;

Immediately available is highly preferred.
