Social Worker(Ref: SW2_ DHCE-ST_AUG26)

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with different community partners to organize and execute mass health
• promotion event and activities under Marketing Team Co-ordinate and implement major medical-social collaboration events, patient empowerment
• programs, as the community resources hub Develop health-related community education and social marketing scheme Coach supporting staff in service delivery to ensure the provision of quality services Perform other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in social work, Certificate of Registration and a valid Practicing certificate issued by Social Workers Registration Board, Hong Kong Minimum 5 years work experience in community education and health related field Experienced in project management is an advantage Mature, independent, good interpersonal skills, teamwork and use of technology in service
• delivery Duties in evenings, weekends and public holiday are required on need basis

The successful candidate will normally be appointed on contract terms. Renewal of contract will be subject to the service/operational needs of the department and the candidate’s performance.
