Job summary

Digisalad-Solutions-Limited in Hong Kong seeks a senior digital transformation lead to shape CRM and AI-enabled solutions across regions. You will partner with business and tech teams to translate needs into scalable platforms and drive cross-market adoption.

The role requires steering CRM strategy, delivering large-scale projects, and guiding architecture roadmaps while maintaining governance and PMO alignment.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, IS, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale CRM and digital projects.
• Experience in digital transformation environments and data-driven decision making.
