Job summary

Hutchison Telecommunications (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an IT project support professional to govern PMO activities and coordinate across App Dev, Infra, and business units.

You will translate business needs and data insights into scalable CRM and digital solutions, while driving cross-market alignment, automation, and adoption under senior management guidance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT project support or project coordination.
• Associate degree or above in IT, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Ability to coordinate projects across App Dev, Infra, and diverse business units.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience driving CRM strategy and digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO governance and project tracking under project manager guidance.
• Shape regional customer engagement solutions with business and tech teams.
• Turn business needs and data insights into scalable, impactful solutions.
• Drive cross-market alignment, innovation, automation and adoption.
• Present project updates and insights directly to senior management.
• Coordinate projects across App Dev, Infra, and diverse business units.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and security standard compliance.
• Work on IT solution implementation/development projects of different scales.
• Understand business needs and requirements, steering the development.
• Manage IT projects according to the Bank's established standards.
• Lead CRM strategy, delivery and support to achieve business goals.
