Job summary

MoneyBack is seeking an experienced IT project support/coordination professional to lead digital initiatives that enhance the MoneyBack app and customer experience. The role requires close collaboration across App Dev, Infra, and multiple business units to deliver measurable business results.

You will drive O+O growth through innovative digital and marketing initiatives, present updates to senior management, and support audits and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years IT project support or project coordination experience.
• Associate degree or higher in IT or related fields.

• Lead digital projects across MoneyBack app and customer experience.

• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives for the platform
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience
• Support PMO governance and project tracking under project manager guidance
• Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills

• Present project updates and insights directly to senior management
• Support audits, risk assessments, and security standard compliance
