Job summary

Cyc-Motor-Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned IT leader to architect, oversee, and evolve large-scale systems, cybersecurity governance, and AI-driven initiatives. You will guide digital transformation programs, manage vendors and SLAs, and drive data-centric strategies across retail banking IT landscapes.

You will lead 24/7 support for critical cargo operations, deploy local LLM environments, and shape roadmaps for end-user technology while aligning with business needs and bank-style governance

• Extensive experience in large-scale system design and development.
• Oversee end-to-end IT design, development, and operations.
• Proven ability to drive AI- and data-driven solutions.
• Strong governance, cybersecurity, compliance and risk management.
• Experience with retail banking IT projects.

• Understanding of EIGRP and OSPF technology
• 10+ years of experience in system design and development
• Oversee the design, development, operation of large-scale systems
• Drive the adoption of AI and data-driven solutions
• Lead 24/7 IT Support Services for Critical Cargo Operations.
• Drive End-User Technology Strategy and Roadmap.
• Manage Service Delivery Teams, Vendors and SLA Performance.
