Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong Co. Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end delivery of digital banking initiatives, including mobile and internet banking, AI-enabled solutions, and omnichannel experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience working in banking, financial services, or other complex regulated environments.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams across Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engaging effectively with senior business leaders.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, process improvement, and project delivery.
• Experience supporting business and operational transformation initiatives from requirements through implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital banking initiatives, including mobile banking, internet banking, AI-enabled solutions, digital platforms and customer-facing journeys, from requirements through launch and post-implementation support.
• Manage mobile banking and digital platform enhancements, coordinating business, product, technology, operations, risk, compliance and external vendors to deliver releases on time and within scope.
• Drive omnichannel initiatives across mobile, web, contact centre, chatbot/conversational banking and branch channels, ensuring a consistent and seamless customer experience.
• Deliver AI and automation projects, including AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, personalised customer journeys and frontline digital tools, working closely with technology, data and business teams.
• Own project governance, including project plans, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, issues, steering updates and stakeholder management, within a banking environment.
• Champion customer experience and digital adoption, using customer feedback, journey analysis and digital performance data to identify pain points and continuously improve digital products and services.
