Job summary

CEI PTE. LTD. in Hong Kong is seeking an Administrative Support to Marketing Engineers to assist with daily operations, coordinating with customers on new orders, rescheduling, and delivery schedules.

You will verify purchase orders, pricing, lead times, product information, and ship-to/bill-to addresses, and manage documentation in the system. You will upload verified SWO into SentryFile and support the Project Management team for timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Marketing Engineers.
• Liaise with customers to ensure efficient processing of new orders, rescheduling of open orders, delivery schedule and RMA.
• Verify, acknowledge and process new Purchase Orders (pricing, lead time, product information, ship-to and bill-to addresses).
• Process SWO, Price Change, AVL, RFQ, Doc-in, RMA, e-Billing and e-PR promptly.
• Maintain accurate pricing for Finish Goods and components in the system.
