Job summary

Harwin Asia Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Sales Support and Customer Service professional to process orders, handle inquiries, and coordinate logistics. You will liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate order status and timely delivery, while maintaining records.

You will support the sales team with visits, follow up on leads, and prepare basic reports, requiring excellent communication, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and strong multitasking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role providing Sales Support and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner within internal systems.
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and order status updates
• Coordinate logistics activities, including shipment arrangements and delivery follow-ups
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve order, delivery, or documentation issues
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Support sales team in preparation and coordination of customer visits
• Track and follow up on opportunity pipelines and sales activities
• Monitor and manage leads generated from exhibitions, campaigns, and other channels
• Prepare basic sales reports and updates for internal review
• Ensure timely communication between sales, customers, and internal stakeholders
