Job summary

Emerson Asia Pacific Private Limited is seeking a logistics/operations professional to support efficient warehouse and supply chain activities in Hong Kong. You will coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, collaborate across planning, procurement, and customer service, and drive on-time delivery and process improvements.

You will use Excel, Word and Outlook to manage documentation, analyze costs, and optimize supplier performance while upholding record retention and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field.
• Experience supporting operations, supply chain, and logistics coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics including shipments and delivery arrangements with freight forwarders and couriers.
• Manage freight forwarders and couriers, negotiate rates if needed, and monitor on-time delivery.
• Analyze logistics costs and supplier lead times to identify efficiency improvements and cost savings.
• Evaluate supplier reliability and localization opportunities.
• Assist with Letters of Credit (LC) documentation.
• Validate GRN to ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Collaborate with planning, procurement, warehouse, quality and customer service teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Ensure documentation complies with record retention policy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational efficiency.
• Support additional operational activities and projects as needed.
