Job summary

Technoprobe Asia Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Manufacturing Planner to coordinate daily planning with internal teams and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.

You will monitor order status, set manufacturing priorities, handle returns, and prepare quotations and purchase orders while liaising with headquarters worldwide to align orders and priorities. The role requires a diploma in engineering and at least 3 years of planning experience, with strong Excel skills and good communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other common computer applications.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and willingness to learn.
• A cooperative team player who supports colleagues and daily operations effectively.
• Clear communication skills for coordinating across departments and with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily planning activity with internal departments and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
• Monitor order status and set manufacturing priorities based on customer requirements and requests.
• Handle customer returns and liaise with customers throughout the resolution process.
• Prepare and process quotations and purchase orders received.
• Follow up with internal teams and suppliers on pending orders.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
• Support the coordination of incoming orders.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and customer service support.
• Coordinate with Headquarters and other Technoprobe branches worldwide to align orders and priorities.
• Assist the team with additional duties as assigned.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
