Job summary

HKT in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily mailing operations, RFQ tenders, and customer forms, ensuring smooth project delivery. The role also covers warehouse activities, PO issuances, and financial processing to keep operations running efficiently.

The successful candidate will consolidate data into Mailing KPI reports, coordinate workflows across scanning, operations, and billing, and organize OSH training with up-to-date safety documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse operations, with experience in Retail, FMCG, or eCommerce environments being a plus
• Proven negotiation, influencing, and prioritisation skills
• Excellent people skills that enable teamwork and effective partnership with both internal & external stakeholders
• Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure

Responsibilities

• Manage daily mailing operations, RFQ tenders, and customer forms to support business growth
• Oversee warehouse activities, mailing routes, and PO issuances to ensure seamless project delivery
• Handle financial processing, including petty cash, invoice preparation, and billing submissions
• Consolidate operational data to track performance and generate accurate Mailing KPI reports
• Coordinate workflows between scanning, operations, and billing teams for smooth project execution
• Organize OSH training and maintain all necessary safety documentation for compliance
• Provide general administrative support to ensure the team meets evolving operational needs
