Job summary

Confidential Careers client seeks an experienced Private Household Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee a private residence and provide high-level personal support to the Principal and family.

You will manage household staff, coordinate vendors and travel, anticipate needs, maintain discretion, and travel domestically and internationally as required. Fluency in Malay with English and Mandarin preferred, and relocation flexibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in premium service or airline environments.
• Experience in private household management or personal assistance is highly regarded.
• University degree or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as required.
• Strong service orientation with high attention to detail and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the private residence, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
• Supervise and coordinate household staff, providing guidance and maintaining service quality.
• Coordinate household maintenance, vendors, contractors and external service providers.
• Manage personal arrangements including appointments, travel logistics, and day-to-day matters.
• Anticipate the needs of the Principal and family and handle requests discreetly and efficiently.
• Accompany the Principal on domestic and international travel when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
