37 TAIXIN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is seeking a Private Household Manager / Personal Assistant in Hong Kong. The role oversees the private residence, coordinates staff and external service providers, and manages personal arrangements for the Principal and family.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in a luxury service environment, strong organisational and people-management skills, and a high level of discretion. Travel may be required and confidentiality is essential.

Formación

• Experience in private household management or high-end personal assistance is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent judgement and discretion.
• Willingness to travel frequently and relocate as required is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the private residence, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
• Supervise and coordinate household staff, providing guidance and maintaining service standards.
• Coordinate household maintenance, vendors and external service providers.
• Manage personal arrangements including appointments, travel logistics, reservations and day-to-day matters.
• Anticipate the needs of the Principal and family and handle requests discreetly.
• Accompany the Principal and family on domestic and international travel when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
