Job summary

Deutsche Bank Hong Kong Private Bank is seeking a Client Service Executive to support Relationship Managers and Investment Managers in day-to-day client servicing, processing transactions, resolving account issues, and providing end-to-end operational support.

The role requires 5+ years in client service or sales support within private banking or wealth management, strong English and Chinese, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance and data security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client service executive/sales support/assistant relationship manager & investment experience at AVP level.
• Experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management is a must.
• Strong team player with ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task in a high-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) required for engagement with Chinese client base.

Responsibilities

• Support Private Bankers to deliver excellent service to high net-worth clients and achieve client retention.
• Manage meetings and desk administration; coordinate all related arrangements.
• Maintain client relationships and accounts; process client instructions and funds monitoring.
• Escalate issues to Management promptly and ensure regulatory/compliance awareness.
