Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably within retail banking or Priority Banking.
• Background in branch operations, client servicing or Relationship Manager support is an advantage.
• Familiarity with banking procedures, AML/KYC requirements and regulatory standards.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to Priority Banking clients.
• Support Relationship Managers with daily client servicing, documentation and account-related enquiries.
• Handle banking transactions, customer requests and operational follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal banking procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client enquiries and operational issues.
• Assist in monitoring daily branch service operations and maintaining service standards.
• Identify potential customer needs and refer relevant opportunities to Relationship Managers when appropriate.
