Job summary

Regnology is a global RegTech leader seeking a Presales Manager in Hong Kong to drive and coordinate presales activities for RegTech and SupTech offerings. You will lead demos and client workshops, connect client needs with architecture, and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to win opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring strong English communication, data modelling, cloud and banking domain knowledge, with a proactive, international mindset for a growing, agile company.

Qualifications

• Excellent English oral and written communication and ability to present to customers and stakeholders.
• Clear customer and service orientation with international collaboration experience.
• Hands-on coding in SQL and familiarity with AI tools to enhance output.
• Proven experience with SupTech/RegTech and data modelling or mapping concepts.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and regulatory reporting domains in banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate presales activities for RegTech and SupTech products across APAC.
• Create and tailor demos and content for client and sales requests.
• Maintain presales demo environments and act as technical expert in client workshops.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management and internal stakeholders on market trends.
• Identify opportunities, manage risk, and guide customers to tailored solutions.
• Prepare written responses and presentations for RfIs/RfPs and client meetings.
