Qualifications

• Bachelor level education in finance, law, business or related field.
• Experience in strategy, regulatory strategy or risk management is preferred.
• Exposure to FinTech, RegTech or cross-border regulatory projects.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable business solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial judgment.
• Proven project management capability across multiple teams and regions.

Responsibilities

• Research regulatory environments and market entry requirements across key markets.
• Assess feasibility and provide recommendations for new market entry and expansion.
• Coordinate license applications, renewals, and regulatory requirements with global/ regional teams.
• Improve visibility and ownership of licensing projects across regions.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and scale compliance processes.
• Drive RegTech, AI, and automation initiatives and build data dashboards.
• Evaluate regulatory risks and ROI for product launches and cross-border initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition to implementation.
