HKBN seeks a Solution Manager - MS Presales Specialist to lead managed services engagements and deliver presales presentations. You will build lasting customer relationships, prepare proposals, and respond to RFPs/RFIs for local and global sales teams.

You should bring at least 5 years in technical consultative selling, strong Excel/CRM skills, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to drive solutions that meet clients’ business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing or equivalent.
• Well-versed with Excel and CRM software.
• Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in technical consultative selling and account management.
• Technical and/or solution experience in the appropriate industry.
• Understanding of technical innovations and trends and their impact on solving customer business problems.

Responsabilités

• Take lead on the Managed Services (MS) contract engagement for both renewal and netnew.
• Understand customer needs and make Presales presentations.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives from time to time.
• Gather and assess customer needs, both business and technology in MS support or Project services sector.
• Identify likely problem areas that require attention.
• Act as a Technical Presales on an appropriate technical solution to meet the customers business requirements.
• Actively support the account team with solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications.
• Analyze and provide support to deals in the pipeline where needed.
• Plan sales strategies, positioning against competitors, and demonstrate business value.
• Prepare presentations about products or services for the sales department.
• Answering customers RFPs and RFIs for local and global sales teams.
• Engagement with customers and derivation of advice for prospective products aligned with customer demands.
