Job summary

Classy Wheeler Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Solution Specialist (Pre-Sales) to tailor Linux and Windows based IT infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients. The role blends technical depth with customer-facing activities and requires hands-on experience in complex multi‑vendor environments.

You will support sales engagements, set up POC demonstrations, deliver compelling presentations, and help prepare proposals that translate technology into business outcomes for long-term clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years hands-on technical experience in the IT services sector.
• Solid knowledge of Linux systems, Windows servers, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP), and intranet or internet infrastructure.
• Proficiency in VMware or Hypervisor technologies, SAN storage, patch management, and MDM deployment tools.
• Hands-on experience with container environments, GPU AI deployments, or public cloud platforms is advantageous.
• Proven track record of participating in integrated system solution implementations.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Propose tailored Linux and Windows system software solutions to meet enterprise client requirements.
• Build, configure, and optimize robust operating environments involving operating systems, SAN storage, and core system software.
• Handle complex, multi-vendor infrastructure solutions and address detailed technical inquiries from potential clients.
• Provide expert best-practice recommendations for software and hardware infrastructure enhancements.
• Coordinate, set up, and manage technical Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations on customer sites.
• Support sales teams by attending client meetings to explain technical architectures and solution benefits.
• Deliver technical presentations and prepare professional project proposals for prospective business opportunities.
• Drive innovative IT solutions to support continuous digital transformation for long-term corporate clients.
